OCO submission on the HSE Inclusion Health Framework

The OCO welcomes the development of the new Inclusion Health Framework and the stated intention to advance health outcomes for marginalised and vulnerable groups, including children. The purpose of our submission is to highlight some of the issues we believe should be considered in developing the Framework, to ensure that the health rights and needs of children, particularly those facing social exclusion, are fully recognised and addressed.
