Submission to the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution

In trying to influence or effect change at a strategic level, there could be no opportunity as great as that presented by a review of the Irish Constitution. In this submission we took this opportunity to make a submission which we hope will be heard and accepted by the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution in its deliberations.
We have considered the pertinent Articles of the Constitution and have proffered suggestions which we see as advancing the rights of the child in Ireland.
